We ship our product WORLDWIDE. We ensure that all out items for sale are packaged for safe delivery. We ship all products by Canada Post and Purolator/UPS unless otherwise directed. This usually takes between 2-15 business days depending on the delivery service in the destination area.
We normally ship our products within 1-3 business days unless requested otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date. Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
If you need the item by specific date, you will need to let us know ahead to recommend changing the shipping method.
We do not issue refunds in the case that your item was not received in time for your event, it is your responsibility to ensure you are purchasing the item well in advance, giving appropriate time for processing and estimated delivery time.
Must send back the item in no more than 14 days of delivery date.
Must be in the original condition(unused, not washed and not altered; curled or straighten by you and etc.)
Must contact us within no more than 3 days after delivery of item is confirmed.
All shipping fees are buyers responsibility.(sending and receiving, and shipping fee will be deducted if it wasn't charged at the time of the purchase.)
Customer must pay shipping charges for returned items (unless it can be proven that the error was made by Kay's Beauty Boutique).
Refunds will be issued according to the method of payment (for online purchases that ususally means by credit card.)
Items cannot be returned in person at our store location. The same channels of delivery applies to returns.
A re-stocking fee of 20-25% (of the original price) or more will be applied.
For the hair topper order, we will not deduct anything other than the shipping fee.($12.99 plus any upgraded fee if applicable.)
For exchanging items, we will not be deducting any restocking fees, but buyers are responsible for the shipping fees.
An exchanged item and the custom orders are not returnable.(final sale)
Weft/Weaving hair is not returnable if the hair bundle is broken from the packaging.
*All Human hair extension items are made to order just for you, and they are all HAND-MADE by us.
It is difficult to treat them as the standard products from factories since every items are all specially made for you
after you place the orders.
But if you do have any issues or concerns with the order, please contact us first and will do our best to help you!
We currently ship items via Canada Post to destinations in Canada, the United States and other countries and therefore our shipping policy is governed in part by its operational rules and regulations.
Canada Post may contract third parties to handle/deliver items according to their business needs and/or regulations and/or jurisdictional dictate. Kay's Beauty Supply BEAUTY BOUTIQUE cannot be held responsible for the conduct of these third parties or for Canada Post Corporation activities via conduct of its services.
Kay's Beauty Supply BEAUTY BOUTIQUE reserves the right to refuse shipment to destinations for internal reasons or as governed by the jurisdiction in which it is registered to operate business or the limitations of its suppliers. Please consult this document for any changes or contact us.
SENDING BACK THE ITEMS TO US:
Kay’s Beauty Boutique will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return package was lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.
You must request for a return to us FIRST before you ship out the item.(Return instruction will be provided to you.)
In any cases, please do not request for a return on UPS express shipments.(You will be charged with very high clearance custom fees.)
