You can make your own hair extensions with these wefts such as Clip-in hair extensions, halo extensions OR for Glue-in, for Sewn-in on your hair.
You might need more than 1 pack for your full head, depends on how much you are extending and on thickness of your own hair.
We do not recommend coloring the extensions. But if you wish to, we would recommend coloring it darker rather than lifting(lighter) the color.(including bleaching, putting highlights etc.)
Toning hair wouldn't be a problems with any toners and purple/blue shampoos
